The COVID-19 pandemic has drastically changed the way we live. As we're asked to continue social distancing, it can be challenging to maintain a sense of connection, and many of us are struggling with feelings of anxiety, fear, worry, and stress. I would be honored to offer my support and provide you with effective tools to help you cope during this difficult and confusing time. Given the current events, I've making a few relevant changes to my practice in order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 while continuing to allow access to care.

  • At this time and until further notice, I am only offering virtual therapy services (video or phone sessions). I’ve transitioned to using Telehealth by Simple Practice as my secure virtual therapy platform. After scheduling a time to meet, I will provide you with the steps on how you will access our virtual appointment. Technology can be tricky, but this platform is truly as easy as clicking a link sent to your email! Nonetheless, I am more than happy to discuss any questions or concerns you have regarding virtual therapy.

  • Increased hours and availability. With virtual therapy, state rules require a client be physically located in the state that their therapist is licensed in. Though my practice is primarily based out of Hood River, OR, as a licensed therapist in both Oregon and Washington, I am able to meet with clients (via video or phone) all across either state! So regardless of your city, as long as you are within state lines – we are free to do therapy. In addition, I have increased my hours to Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

  • Reduced rates. In such uncertain times, cost can be a barrier to accessing mental health services. That’s why I’m offering virtual therapy at a reduced rate in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. I am offering video or phone appointments at $45 per 30-minute session. Call or email to get started!
