I'm a licensed mental health therapist based in the beautiful 

Columbia River Gorge, offering in-person and telehealth

services to clients throughout Oregon and Washington.

and the patterns, behaviors, and beliefs that keep you feeling stuck.

I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space for curiosity and growth, where
